The StealthMiner Version 1.1: Enhanced Performance with Reduced Noise

The StealthMiner has been upgraded to offer both superior performance and reduced noise levels. While the original design was effective and compatible with 38mm fans, it was primarily optimized for Noctua fans. I've now evaluated the FN-GALE-01 (38mm/3500rpm) and have tailored a new top section specifically for these fans.

Design Enhancements:

• Fan and Airflow Optimization: The built-in grill has been removed, and the exhaust opening widened to match the airflow of the Gale fans. This change ensures maximum airflow with minimal noise. The new top section, optimized for 38mm fans using standard metal grills, results in slower fan speeds, reducing noise by 7-10 dB compared to the Noctua setup.

• Control Board Mounting: I've improved the mounting configuration for control boards. The new design includes holes for AMLogic, Xilinx, and Beagle Bone boards, allowing secure mechanical attachment with M2x10mm screws instead of the hot glue used in version 1.0.

• Improved compatibility with S19 Variants: The original design was universal for all S19 board types except the S19 88 chip model. Now, I've added options tailored for the shorter S19 Pro and S19J Pro (aluminum) variants.

• Power Supply Enhancements: An 11.5mm hole has been added to the rear I/O plate to accommodate a barrel jack, enabling direct power from the APW3++ power supply to WiFi bridges or a single-chip Bitaxe. Note, for Bitaxe, a minimum 5V5A buck converter is recommended.

Added:

Control Board Mounting:
- Holes for BB, AML, and XIL control boards to accommodate M2x10mm screws for mechanical securing. Previously, hot glue was used.
New Top Section Options:
- Introduced a new top section configuration that supports 38mm fans with a 5mm gap between sinks and fans. 
- Removed the built-in grill and excess material for maximum airflow when using the GALE or other 38mm fans.
- Utilizes standard metal grills to reduce air chop and noise.
Mid Section Variants for S19 Models:
- Two new mid-section options designed for the shorter S19 Pro and S19J Pro (aluminum) variants.
Rear I/O Plate Adjustments:
- Slight modifications to accommodate variances in APW3 C13 placement with a 0.5mm tolerance added.
- Added options for the rear I/O plate with a 11.5mm hole for a barrel jack (see Amazon link), allowing power supply to a WiFi bridge or Bitaxe from the built-in PSU. Bitaxe requires a minimum 5V5A buck converter (see Amazon link).

Removed:
Unused Screw Holes:
- Eliminated from the midsection as the mechanical connection is no longer necessary due to the APW3 locking rail.
